Friday was my birthday! I was so excited about my cake - I'd seen it on Martha Stewart like, 3 weeks ago, so I was looking forward to it... it was pretty dry so it didnt taste very good but it sure looked pretty!! Jake took me out to Melinas for dinner where they sang me Happy Birthday when they brought out Butterscotch Fried Ice Cream - Yumm! Then we rented movies and chilled at home. It was so much fun! Jake also got me flowers for our front yard, it just needs to hurry and warm up outside so I can actually plant them!! I can't wait til then...

Happy Mothers Day!!
Yay! This year was my first mothers day!! I was really sick the day before so I still felt gross but oh well. We went over to Jakes parents house, because his little brother Luke was calling from his mission. We ate steaks for dinner and just hung out. It was fun cuddling with my little sweet boy, and Jake kept telling me all day how awesome I am - I love it! haha
